Bartops

St. George Spirits has turned the old Alameda Naval Air station hangar into their headquarters for making hand distilled artisan spirits that are made in small batches with ingredients that are often organic and locally sourced. The building showcases an incredible display of WWII industrial architecture including clerestory windows, exposed braces and redwood ceilings which frame the concrete tasting bartop with an inlaid copper strip, a detail that combines the old military feel with a modern twist.
